John Congdon

Born and raised in the rural community of La Cueva near Santa Fe, John developed an early

appreciation for the outdoors and the unique beauty of Northern New Mexico. With 18 years of

hospitality experience in New Mexico and Colorado, he understands the importance of

exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.

John earned a double major in Sociology and Spanish, bringing strong communication skills and

a results-driven work ethic to every endeavor. Seeking to broaden his perspective, in 2018 he

moved to Madrid, Spain, where he spent the year teaching English as a second language and

immersing himself in a new culture.

Following his return from Europe, John obtained his New Mexico real estate license and joined

Corcoran Plaza Properties, where he works alongside his father in the family business.

Combining local knowledge, international experience, and a commitment to personalized

service, John is dedicated to helping clients navigate the real estate process with confidence

and achieve their goals.
